A little bit about Jim and Joyce
We are very much hands on realtors. We have been committed to almost every aspect of the residential real estate industry since 1972. Over the years we have helped many people buy and sell their homes, we have managed and owned real estate offices and we have mentored and trained many Realtors. We have called Portland home since we were both in grade school. We went to Jefferson High School and got married in 1961. We have two boys and six grand children. We understand what it means to provide top-tier customer service. We use our communication and organizational skills, negotiating expertise and marketing experience to match you with the perfect property or, if selling, to maximize the return on your property investment. Our vast experience allows us to meet deadlines and attend to the necessary follow up details so that you never have to worry about a thing. Our aim is to make you feel like you are our only client, and know that we are here to help you achieve your real estate goals.
